Karl Greaney
Karl has been appointed as Chair of LPYCA at the AGM in October 2025. Karl brings a wealth of experience with him in relation to benefits and financial advice, Karl served as a local councillor for the Leasowe and Moreton East Ward until he lost his seat in the May 2023 local elections. Karl was appointed Chair of Trustees in December 2025 and was instrumental in driving forward our application to be come a CIO with the Charity Commission. |

Trustee - Treasurer
Mr. Paul Townley has been a member of the LPYCA since 1975 and has held various posts on the LPYCA committee. He was brought up by his parents on Leasowe and his family still live on the estate. He has a wealth of experience within the NHS and is a retired paramedic, having gained 47 years experience with the North West Ambulance Service and NHS. Paul has worked as a volunteer throughout his time in Leasowe and maintains an active role within the organisation. He also holds a position with Gautby Road Play & Community Centre where he shares his expertise for the benefit of the Leasowe community in relation the The Adventure Playground. |

Centre Manager - Mrs Marie Scott
Mrs Marie Scott
Marie Scott has been appointed as the Community Centre Manager and will sit on the Trust Board. Marie brings a wealth of experience with her from her previous post with Wirral Development Trust. Marie can provide benefits advice on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Please ring Marie to make an appointment on 07702 280617. Her main role will be to manage and develop the community centre ensuring we deliver the right services to the local residents. |
